Privacy
There is no contact form, no newsletter and no account on this site. We count visits so we know whether the site is working, and that measurement is built so it cannot identify you.
No cookies, no third parties
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. There are no advertising pixels, no social media embeds and no third-party scripts of any kind. Nothing about your visit is sent to Google, Meta, or any other outside company.
How we count visits
We run our own visitor counting on our own equipment. Nobody else is involved and no data leaves our control. For each page view we record the page address, the referring website, your browser's language, screen size and browser identification, and the time.
Your IP address is never stored. It is used once, in the instant of your visit, to derive a scrambled identifier that lets us tell one visit apart from another on the same day. That identifier is one-way, cannot be turned back into your address, and is regenerated from scratch every day, so there is no way to follow a person from one day to the next. It is specific to this website, so it cannot be used to recognise you anywhere else.
Raw records are kept on the web server for at most 14 days and are then deleted automatically.
Contacting us
The only way to reach us through this site is the telephone number. When you call, we take the details we need to schedule and carry out your repair, and we use them for nothing else. We do not sell, rent or share them.
Server logs
Our hosting provider keeps standard web-server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting. These are generated by the hosting platform itself, not by this site, and we do not use them to build profiles of visitors.
